”４つ目のポイントは、経営者およびビジョン、ミッションに共感できるかどうかです。特に最近のベンチャー企業は、非常に強固なビジョン、ミッションを構築し、発信にも力を入れています。ですので、経営者自身が、ビジョン、ミッションをしっかり発信しているかどうかにも注目が必要です。”

”The fourth point is whether or not you can sympathize with the management, vision, and mission. In particular, recent venture companies are building very strong visions and missions, and are also focusing on disseminating them. Therefore, it is also necessary to pay attention to whether the management himself is clearly transmitting the vision and mission.”

”ビジョン、ミッションは会社のホームページには必ず載っていますし、もちろん各種メディアを通じてもアナウンスしています。それ以外にもリンクトインやTwitter、note、などのSNSを通じての発信も行っているはずです。そういった情報に触れて、共感できるかどうかを確認しておくのが望ましいでしょう。”

”Our vision and mission are always posted on our company website, and of course we also announce them through various media. In addition to that, they should also be transmitting through SNS such as LinkedIn, Twitter, note, etc. It would be desirable to touch such information and check whether you can sympathize.”
