This post is about one of the five courses I'm taking this 2017 spring semester.
さて今回は2017春学期のクラスの１つ目の紹介です。

先学期のミクロ↓に引き続き、マクロ経済学を履修しています。
I'm currently taking Macroeconomis, along with Microeconomics that I took last semester.

1. 授業構成

シラバスの構成は以下のとおり。

2. 授業内容

授業はとにかくすさまじいスピードで理論が解説され、それをGreat Recessionなど現実の問題に当てはめて考えます。

ミクロはどちらかというと１つ１つの分野が独立していましたが、マクロはそれぞれの分野が相互に関連していて、究極的にはGoods Market、Labor Market、Funds Market、Asset Marketがどう影響を受け、Fiscal PolicyやMonetary Policyがそれにどのような変化をもたらせるかという観点から考えます。

The lecture goes with an extraordinarily fast speed, basically focusing on theory and how to apply it to actual world.
In Macro, each content is interrelated with each other and based on the previous part whereas in Micro each area is kind of independent of one another. Ultimately, we think through how Goods Market, Labor Market, Funds Market, Asset Market are affected by a shock and how Fiscal Policy and Monetary Policy can cause changes in these markets.

内容的には学部で学ぶ経済学とそこまで大差ないのではと思いますが、毎週の課題、そして３回ある試験で学習サイクルを確立することが求められます。

ミクロよりは現実の世界に近く、関心を持ちやすいのですが、教授の説明をノートに書き出すだけで精一杯で、自分で噛み砕く余裕が一切ないのが辛いところです^^;

My perception is that the difficulty is not that different from what I studied in my college, but intensiveness is quite different because here we have weekly problme sets and three exams.The contents are more familiar than these of Micro, but I don't have enough time during the lecture to understand the contents in addition to writing down his explanation.

3. 試験の結果

これまで２回試験があり、１回目は８７．５点（平均７８）、２回目は８９点（平均７０）でした。

5/5に最終試験があるので、それに向けて頑張りたいと思います！

We have had two exams, for the first exam I got 87.5 (mean 78), and for the second one I got 89 (mean 70). I'll keep on studying hard toward final!
