みなさんこんにちはHanです

クリスマスまであと１週間になりましたね！
トロントでは
クリスマスマーケットが開かれていたり、
至る所にクリスマスツリーなどが飾られていたり、
一年で一番大切なイベントを盛り上げる気満々です笑

Christmas

まず驚いたのが
クリスマスの過ごし方が日本とは違う点です
日本ではカップルもしくは友達と過ごすと思いますが、
こっちでは家に帰って家族とゆったり過ごします

昨日クラスで
クリスマスシーズンの食べ物、飲み物の話になりました
そこではじめてmulled wineというものを知りました
mulled wineはホットワインのことで
このシーズンにぴったりのアルコールです笑

ちなみに友達がクリスマスマーケットで飲んだけれど
とっても高かったといってました
それを聞いた先生が
家で簡単に作れるといっていたので
早速作ってみることにしました笑

How can I make Mulled wine?

材料は
・cinnamon sticks
・whole cloves
・star anise
・wine
・orange
・maple syrup
(・brandy)
です

この材料を全て鍋に入れて
グツグツ煮込むだけです

これで完成です
簡単ですよね！

そしてこれ
とっっっても美味しいです！
煮込んだことでアルコール感が薄れて
フルーティかつスイート感が増しました
飲みやすかったです

ってな感じで昨日は家でクリスマス気分を味わいました
クリスマスにぜひ作ってみてください

Christmas will be in 1 week The Christmas market has been held and I can see Christmas trees anywhere in Toronto They ready to cerebrate the biggest event in a year

At first I was surprised it is different how to spend in Christmas In Japan, they spend with their a bf/gf or friends but in Toronto they spent with their family

Yesterday my teacher talked about beverages and food in Christmas and I knew mulled wine My friend drank it in the Christmas market but it was expensive My teacher heard that and said we could make it home so I made it after school

I put all ingredients in  a pot and simmered It was tasty I love it I recommend you make it in Christmas!
