日記(2024年2/9) ラーメンの歴史を知ってみたい DIARY(9th February 2024)I want to know the history of Ramen.

今日もラーメンを食べてしまいました(醤油ラーメン)。おいしかったです。麺料理文化は中国から日本に昔伝わったものです。しかし、以前聴いたことがあるのですが、その時はスープはラーメンに使われていなかったらしいです。
I ate Ramen(Soy-Sauce taste) today too.
