自適是常匱　求銭即不適
毀拙以得米　保譽以失益
以人為弊箒　用是苛於牛
年々錢包大　不意天下憂
皆崇錢神祠　獨重一民事
明道悦不斉　荊公思民利
可憐資本徒　汲々敢自傷
内樂一瓢水　外期如伊相
矯角以殺牛　牛死啖其肉
桀紂競不仁　幽厲所不欲
釘即可代釘　人是不代人
人有能不能　古賢事一官
易有家人卦　書有八政食
詩有采蘋風　禮有郷飲目
古人必脩己　後及其家中
無家語天下　雄言何不空
自適是れ常に匱しく　銭を求むれば即ち適はず
拙を毀ちて以て米を得　譽を保ちて以て益を失す
人を以て弊箒と為し　是れを用ゐること牛よりも苛し
年々錢包大なるも　天下の憂を不意はず

明道は不斉を悦び　荊公は民利を思ふ
憐む可し資本の徒　汲々として敢て自ら傷ふ

角を矯めて以て牛を殺し　牛死して其の肉を啖ふ
桀紂も不仁を競ひ　幽厲も欲せざる所なり
釘は即ち釘に代ふ可し　人は是れ人に代へず
人能不能有り　古賢は一官を事とす
易に家人の卦有り　書に八政の食有り
詩に采蘋の風有り　禮に郷飲の目有り
古人先ず己を脩め　後に其の家中に及ぼす
家を輕んじて天下を語らば　雄言も何ぞ空しからざらん
自分に合ったように生きようとすれば貧しくなり、
金銭を求めれば自分はすり減る。
自分をこわして米を得ようか、名誉を守って利益を失おうか？
人をボロホウキくらいにかんがえて、牛馬よりも酷使する。
それでお金が増えたって、世界の不和も増える一方。
みんながお金を崇めているけど、私は人民を心配する。
北宋の程明道は万物が同じでないことを尊んだし、
王安石は民衆の利益を重んじた。
かわいそうに、資本主義世界は利益に汲々として
あえて自分をきずつける。
それよりは、一瓢一箪で学問を楽しんだ顔回のような心で、
殷の湯王を補佐した伊尹のような志で生きていきたい。
ツノを矯めて牛を殺し、牛が死んだらその肉までたべる。
それはどんな暴君にも並ぶ所業、どんな暗君も求めないことだろう。
釘みたいなものは取り替えがきく、人間はそうはいかない（と言いたい！）
人はみんな得手不得手がある。
古の賢者が一つのしごとを極めたのもそういうことだろう。
『易經』には「家人」という卦があって、
炊事から家の平和が始まると解釈した学者もいた。
『書經』には「八政」という政治綱領があって、食を政治の重大事としている。
『詩經』には「采蘩」という詩があって先祖の供養をするのに草摘みをする。
『礼記』には「郷飲酒」という項目があって敬老の行事が記されている。
古の人はまず自分の身をおさめ、その後で家に及ぼした。
生活のことを軽んじていては、天下を語る雄弁も虚しくなってしまう。
If I put life to myself I will poor ,
If I want to money I not nice.
I save pride by lose bread,
or I break myself by get rice?
capitalism think our to old broom,
it hard use our like bull.

I worry for each folks's heart.
all creature is born from diversity ,
leader of people is worry to human hurt.

even if poor I study it.
correction the horn and kill cow,
and eat .

even if how fool king no want the meat.
Nail can replace other nail,
human can't replace other human It must'nt ask.
human have can and can't,
therefore I take care to one task.
home peace is based on kitchin .
be must plannnig to food of ton .
pick beauty grass and dedicate for ancestor.
be take watch the oldperson.
long ago wise man disciplined myself first,
and ruled own home and it sucsess.
If neglect home and argue nation,
