O crow- and goblin-gods of Yamato,
This oath I prithee to bind!

この獣（アニマル）の泥濘の道に轍を刻んで
車輪を失い、はまり込んだ牛車のために；
For the sake of this ox-cart stuck rutted in the mire,
of Animal trail; and lost the turning Wheel
太陽の金色の円盤の額に貫ぎ埋め込まれたの牛を失た
lost the Golden-disc piercing-studded upon the forehead of Sun-bull
西より伝来する牛車を
the westerly coming Steering-Car, O crow and goblin gods!
一枝の桜色と　嗚呼
ーー「かしこし」「かしこし」「ゆゆし」
---a branch of flesh-flower and O
crows, gods and goblins. 
くだされ　くだされ
誓いを結び、彼を見つけ給え！
---一枝の染まった桜色を差し出してくだされ給え
Pray, I pray. bind the oath and find him!
---to tender to him a branch dyed in Sakura red,
そしてーー　そしてーーそして、
喰って、飲んで、月明かりに照らされて
砕けされて　祭ろうや
すべての深い色を、唯一無二の透明な香りに変える神風を！
καὶ καὶ ἐσθίων(esthiōn) μεθύων(methuōn) μανεὶς(maneis) mātsūr matsuride!*1
and the divine winds that turn all deep colours
to that one and only transparent Scent!
動けや神隠し神風黒き白きこのかしこしかしこしゆゆし
墨汁染めた三千世界の芳しい色彩彩りの気まぐれ、
くだされ、砕けてや　くだされ給え
我が死人の妖妖怪怪（およずれおよずれしるまししるまし）
くだされ　くだされ　嗚呼
「かしこく」「かしこく」「ゆゆしく」
巻物をばらまけ
そのいろは『香』のにほへとちりぬるを

Drive! The Spritus-Wind of Spirting-Away,
Scatter all the worlds' ink-soaked fragrant colours' vagaries,
Deliver to me….Come, and deliver to me,
dyed in Dark-Dark-and-Pallid-White,
Give to me, break it to me, O bestow upon me---
my goblins and crows that themselves died,
in Dark-Dark-and-Pallid-White,
O deliver, scatter and deliver--
Scatter the Scroll; Deliver to me the "Scent"!

*1 meaning of the sentence: "and, and, fed, drunk, mooned, be broken, in feste!"
all but the last two are ancient greek. the second to the last is ancient celtic Reconstruction:Proto-Celtic/madyeti (Passive voice Pres. subjunctive 1st singular, the last word is romaji for　祭りで)
